Because of the inclement weather during our Annual Food Drive earlier this month, we did not collect as much food as we would have liked. Consequently, we are holding a another, three-hour food drive on Saturday, December 4th. Once again, the collection point will be at Ramsey Park in CDA. Look for our blue KC Dem signs on Ramsey Road between 11 AM until 2 PM. We will be in the lot closest to the Kroc Center.
If you didn’t get a chance to contribute to the food drive last time, this is another opportunity to help our neighbors. There is always a special need for things like canned tuna and meats, canned fruits and vegetables, peanut butter, and pasta. We will also accept money donations that will be passed on to the food banks. We hope to see you there! With your help, we can make the holiday season a little brighter for our fellow citizens.
