The mission of the Kootenai Democratic Women’s Association is to increase the involvement of women in the Democratic Party. The Association holds four social events throughout the year to raise awareness of Democratic causes and funds for local Democratic candidates. The Garden Party is their annual summer event. Kathy Beechler is the Chair and a long-time activist in Kootenai County.
