This month the Progressive Diners welcome Dr. Craig Cooper. Dr. Cooper is an environmental scientist with the Idaho Dept. of Environmental Quality Lake Management Plan. He serves as the DEQ technical lead for limnological studies in the Coeur d’Alene Basin. Limnology is the study of inland waters such as lakes, reservoirs, rivers, streams, wetlands, and groundwater. It’s focus is understanding these bodies of water as ecological systems interacting with their drainage basins and the atmosphere. He will discuss Lake CDA water quality from the point of view of the Idaho Dept. of Environmental Quality.
Come early if you want to order dinner. You must RSVP in order to secure a seat as space is limited. Please RSVP as soon as possible to this email km4cea@gmail.com.
