Friends of Tubbs Hill: Town Hall and Film Premier

Town Hall Meeting and Film Premier

Thursday April 20, 7pm
Coeur d’Alene Public Library Community Room

We will share a 30 minute video tour of the hill, focusing on its natural and cultural history. It is narrated by noted naturalist and author Jack Nisbet, retired forester and foundation board member Mark Weadick, and City Forester Nick Goodwin. It highlights many informative but little-known facts about Tubbs Hill, and numerous scenic views. The event also includes a short presentation about the mission and work of the Tubbs Hill Foundation as it works with the city to care for the hill. There will be an opportunity to ask questions or raise concerns about Tubbs Hill, and various handouts will be available. All are invited and encouraged to attend to learn more about Tubbs Hill – our natural treasure.

As an extra treat, Jack and Mark will be there, and we hope Nick can join us as well! Come meet our film stars!
