Each spring, the Kootenai Democrats bestow a seasoned member of our Democratic community with the Art Manley Lifetime Achievement Award. This award honors an individual or couple for their demonstrated dedication to party activism and community service. In addition, we recognize the achievements of a younger individual or couple for their work and dedication over the past year. This Rising Star Award acknowledges their efforts and growing potential within our party. There are full descriptions and corresponding nominating criteria on our Awards page. Therefore, if you know an individual or couple that you feel exemplifies either award, please nominate them. The deadline is April 1.
