We are proud to welcome Constitutional scholar Dr. David Adler, President of The Alturas Institute, as our keynote speaker. A nationally respected author and educator, Dr. Adler has devoted his career to advancing civic education and deepening understanding of the Constitution, presidential power, and the Bill of Rights.
