Giving Thanks
To start, I hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving Day and that you were able to gather with those you love. I know I did. My wife, Loree, and I hiked with our dog, Ellie, before preparing a small traditional dinner of turkey breast, roasted potatoes, and Brussels sprouts. In addition, Loree baked me a chocolate cake. So, I have much to be thankful for.
Donovan Deserves More
First, I believe that Field Organizer Donovan Klymer deserves a bonus from us for his hard work. Consequently, I will be taking up a collection for him. If you want to contribute, please send your donation, large or small, to me by Venmo and I will send it to Donovan by the end of the year.
CDA Press Opinions
Second, those of you who read the Coeur d’Alene Press have surely noticed that weekly Op Eds between the GOP Chair and I resumed after the November election hiatus. If you have an opinion about these columns, please prepare to share your views at next week’s Central Committee meeting. I look forward to hearing from you.
Holiday Party PLAN
Finally, we typically sponsor an end of the year party. However, this year I will be traveling throughout December. Fortunately, a wise person suggested we postpone the festivities until January. So, keep your eyes open for a KC Dems Ring in the New Year Party next month.
Merry Christmas, Happy Kwanzaa, Happy Chanukah, everyone. Thank you all so much.
Happy End of the Year to all Democrats.
Hi Bill, I just sent out an email to potential protest organizers. A Dem activist from Spokane would like to help us. When I hear of any follow up in that regard I will let you know. We are also trying to organize our own speaker event and invite nationally known persons to speak against extremism. Wouldn’t it be great if we could have a bipartisan sponsorship of such an event? Subscribe to our newsletter to keep abreast of developments. Thanks for your comments.
