First Things First
Grab a blue shirt and a pair of good walking shoes and join us at the Coeur d’Alene Independence Day Parade. Ruben Miranda is producing signs commemorating COVID-19 heroes like teachers, nurses, police officers, retail clerks, etc. So, plan to walk with your Dem friends. Our staging location is always tentative until confirmed by event planners. So, for up-to-date information, check our event post. Now, let’s show them that Democrats are alive and well in Coeur d’Alene.
Contributing to a Blue Comeback
As I wrote last week, thank you to everyone who attended the Blue Comeback Party on June 16th. Everyone with whom I spoke reported having a wonderful time together. We raised well over $3000 towards building our presence throughout the state. But there is more work to do so please keep your checkbooks handy. To change Idaho requires an ongoing commitment. Thanks in advance for your continued support.
In-person Central Committee Meeting
On July 12th, the Central Committee meets in person. This is our first official public gathering since the shutdown. The meeting location is the county administration building in Coeur d’Alene. However, for those who cannot attend in person, the meeting will also be simulcast. As we get closer to the meeting date, we will provide more details so stay tuned. Again, please refer to our event calendar for the latest information.
Until then, have a fantastic week, Happy Independence Day, and thanks for being a Democrat.
